Welcome to our new surgery website

If you have any queries regarding the use of our triage system Rapid Health, please visit our RapidHealth FAQ page.

Our online system is open 24 hours, Monday to Thursday and till 6.30pm on Fridays (except
bank holidays and half day closures)


Please contact the surgery to inform the practice staff if you have any disability, impairment or sensory loss and require any assistance to book an appointment or make an admin request. Our booking system can be used by all patients aged 16 and over.

Please call the surgery on 0208 336 6565 to book appointments for under 16’s or if you require any assistance.


When booking an appointment please only discuss 1 problem per questionnaire.


Test results can be requested via the admin section or by calling our reception team.
If you have been sent a message to book a telephone call to discuss your results, please call us to book this.


Nurse, Health Care Assistant appointments and Medication reviews (Including blood test and cervical screenings) are booked by calling 02083366565

You can also access patient tools for self-booking, self-referral, and self-care via Rapid Health.
