Prescriptions

You can order your Repeat Prescription in the following ways:

  • Via the NHS app
  • Via Patient Access
  • Via our Website
  • By hand – Please leave your written request for repeats at reception
  • By post – Fill in the prescription form using the slip issued with your last prescription and post it to the surgery.
  • Please allow 48 hours (two working days), excluding bank holidays, for your prescription request to be processed.

Online Requests

You can request a repeat prescription via the NHS app, Patient Access or via our website.

Collecting your Prescription

Please make sure that you request medications at least two working days before they are needed (seven working days if requesting by post).

Collecting and Delivering

Your prescription or repeat prescription can be dispensed for collection from the Pharmacy, or you can contact your pharmacy to sign up to their delivery service.

Advice and Guidance

Our pharmacists will be happy to discuss and answer any questions you have about the medicines you take.

Together with their expert assistants they will also be pleased to advise on healthy lifestyle, minor ailments and remedies.

Medication Reviews

You will be informed when you are due for a medication review. Your medication review may be booked with one of our pharmacists, as they are have received all training to complete medication reviews.
