If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will contacted by the relevant department.
To request an update on your referral from the hospital, you may be asked for the below details:
- Your date of birth
- Reference/UBRN Number
- NHS Number
- This information can be provided to you via the NHS app or by contacting our reception team.
